*Sandwich from the patrol station mart
*A bag of chitos, the really small one! ( I threw the rest away in a place I won't be able to find)
*half a bottle of pepsi
Dinner (6:30 PM)
*Some Rice with chicken and mushroom and carrots (Home Made)
*A small amount of a salad that I didnt really like
Now it's 10:24 PM, and am hungry... and I don't know what to eat
EDIT: I had a Sandwich, Whole wheat Bread, with a light cheese slice, and a tiny cup of Milk
my eating style is messed up!!!
PS: I drink A LOT of water everyday, since forever!
